Committee on Cemetery Oversight (COCO)
COCO serves as an advisory capacity to the Village Board of Trustees and is charged with overseeing progress on the columbarium project, reviewing cemetery pricing, assessing operational efficiency, and recommending actions to ensure a respectful, sustainable cemetery operation.
Board Members
The Committee consists of one chairperson, and four members, they are :
- Bill Goodwin, Deputy Chairperson
- Jim Lynch
- Kevin Sullivan
- Mike Stenpeck
- Donna Dawson
Committee Meetings
The committee meets approximately twice per month, and reports its activities to the Village Board of Trustees on a monthly basis through a verbal report delivered by the chairperson at a regularly schedule Board meeting.
