Horseheads Village Advisory Committee for Code (HVACC)
HVACC serves as an advisory capacity to the Village Board of Trustees and is charged with reviewing the entirety of the Code of the Village of Horseheads, identifying outdated, unclear, or inconsistent provisions, and recommending revisions or updates that promote transparency, efficiency, enforceability, and alignment with current state laws and best municipal practices.
Board Members
The Committee consists of one chairperson, and four members, they are :
- Trustee George Koliwasky
- Marc Terpolilli, Planning Board member
- Sue Warner
- Michelle Locey
- Jeff Welliver
Committee Meetings
The committee meets approximately twice per month, and reports its activities to the Village Board of Trustees on a monthly basis through a verbal report delivered by the chairperson at a regularly schedule Board meeting.
